Yes, genuinely. Parla is built on ElevenLabs, some of the most natural-sounding AI voices available. We customise the name, accent and personality to suit your business. Most callers are surprised when she tells them she's AI. And she always does, upfront.

You keep your existing number. We set up a dedicated line for Parla and arrange call forwarding from your current one. Or if you'd prefer a fresh start, we can give you a new local number at no extra cost.

Usually five to seven business days from your first call to going live. We handle the phone setup, booking system and everything else. From your side, it's a 30-minute onboarding call and a review before launch.

Just send us a message and we'll take care of it, usually within a few hours. Menu changes, new hours, holiday closures, special events. It's all part of the service.

No lock-in at all. Month to month. The only upfront cost is the one-off setup fee. If you ever leave, we'll send you a full export of your bookings and customer data. It's yours.
